Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Delivery time Since our products are shipped from our supplier network, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Shipping costs Shipping is free on all orders. If a refund or replacement is later issued, please note the original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount (see Return & Refund Policy below).

Order tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Delays While we work to get orders to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues. We'll notify you if we expect a significant delay to your order.

Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but reach out and we'll do our best to help.
