Refund policy
No returns We do not accept product returns. Since we cannot accept items back, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds or replacements — damaged or incorrect items only If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at contacthomeeza@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we'll offer either a replacement or a refund.
Shipping cost on refunds/replacements Since shipping is free on all orders, the original shipping cost is not refundable and will be deducted from any refund or replacement issued.
Not eligible for refund or replacement Items that are broken, damaged, or altered/changed by the customer after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement. This policy exists because we do not accept items back — approval is based on the photos and information you provide, so please contact us before attempting to alter or fix the item yourself.
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
